In OneNote you can see a summary of all your “To Do’s” in one place, simply click on “Find Tags”: In Outlook you’ll find these tasks here under your Tasks: Here you’ll be able to schedule a reminder for your task: The following will allow you to integrate your OneNote “To Do Tags” with Outlook.Ĭreate the To Do Tags in OneNote, click on Outlook Tasks Button under the Home Tab. ![]() What I don’t want to end up with is multiple task lists in Outlook and OneNote. In OneNote you can add “To Do Tags”, this allows you to compile a list with checkboxes for ticking the items off when done.
